1. What you pay for
A Wedding Pass opens Phere for one wedding: 6 months for ₹399 or 12 months for ₹699, paid once. Everyone you invite to the wedding joins free. The amount you pay is the one shown at checkout.
2. Try it first
Every wedding starts with a 14-day free trial with everything open, and no card is needed. We ask you to use it to decide before you pay.
3. When we refund
We refund the full amount if your payment went through but the pass did not activate on your wedding and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged more than once for the same pass (we refund the extra charge).
4. When we don’t
Once a pass is active on your wedding, the payment is final. We do not refund unused time, a pass you stop using early, or a pass bought for the wrong wedding after it has been used.
5. How to ask
Email immohit.goku@gmail.com within 30 days of paying, from the email on your Phere account, with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt or from Plan and billing in the app. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.
6. Cancellation
A pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. When it ends, your records stay in your account and you can still open and read them.
7. Delivery
Phere is an online service and nothing is shipped. The pass is applied to your wedding in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can see it under Plan and billing.
