1. Service & Account Creation
Phere provides a digital wedding workspace for managing budgets, expenses, gifts, and guest invitations. You must create an account using valid contact information to access cloud sync and family collaboration features.
2. Trial & One-Time Wedding Pass
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued workspace access requires a One-Time Wedding Pass (6-month or 12-month duration). There are no auto-renewing subscriptions or monthly fees.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Phere only for legitimate wedding planning and family accounting. You may not upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access to other wedding workspaces, or misuse the AI receipt scanner.
4. Data Ownership & Exports
You retain full ownership of all data, text, and images entered into your Phere workspace. You can export your records via PDF and CSV formats at any time during or after your active pass period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Phere provides financial calculation and organizational tools to assist your planning. Phere is not a financial institution, tax advisor, or legal escrow service.
