1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you explicitly enter into Phere, including wedding planned budgets, expense amounts, vendor names, shagun gift logs, guest RSVPs, and uploaded receipt images. Account authentication data (email, name) is processed through Supabase Auth.
2. How Your Data Is Used
Your data is used solely to provide your wedding workspace, calculate financial summaries, sync across your invited family members, and enable receipt parsing. We do not analyze your financial records for third-party marketing.
3. AI OCR Receipt Processing
Receipt text extraction is performed on your device where supported. When OCR text is sent to our servers for structured parsing, it is used only to populate your ledger draft and is not retained for training public AI models.
4. Data Sharing & Family Access
Your wedding records are accessible only by you and the family members you explicitly invite to your wedding workspace via Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS). We never sell your data to vendors or third-party lead brokers.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can export your complete wedding data as PDF or CSV files at any time. You may request account and workspace deletion by contacting us at immohit.goku@gmail.com.
